BSG and Technologies Science Center

Inspiring the Next Generation of Innovators

Our Journey: From Vision to Reality

The BSGT Science Center was established with a bold mission to spark a passion for science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) in young minds. From its inception, the center has grown into a hub of innovation and learning, reaching thousands of learners across South Africa.

What started as a STEM awareness campaign has evolved into a state-of-the-art facility, providing hands-on experiences in coding, robotics, mathematics, and career guidance all aligned with the 4IR.

Key Focus Areas

Science & Technology Awareness

We introduce learners to the wonders of physics, chemistry, biology, and technology, making complex concepts engaging through interactive experiments and real-world applications.

Mathematics for the Future

Mathematics is the foundation of all STEM fields. Through workshops, puzzles, and challenges, we help students develop problem-solving skills, preparing them for careers in science and engineering.

Career Guidance & Mentorship

Many students struggle with choosing career paths. Our center connects learners with industry experts, providing insights into opportunities in science, engineering, IT, and research.

4IR, Coding & Robotics

In today’s world, digital literacy is key. The Science Center equips learners with hands-on training in:

  • Coding & Programming (Python, JavaScript, Scratch)
  • Robotics & AI (Building & coding robots)
  • Automation & IoT (Understanding smart technology)

These skills prepare students for the digital economy, ensuring they are not just consumers but creators of technology.

Impact Over the Years

  • 10,000+ learners engaged in STEM activities
  • Workshops held in 100+ schools across the country
